How do I receive my certification exam voucher after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, your exam voucher code and instructions will be sent automatically to your registered email address within 15 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for corporate bulk orders.
Can I request a refund if I haven't used my exam voucher?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that the exam voucher has not been redeemed or scheduled. Once a voucher is used, it is non-refundable.

How long is my certification valid for?
Most CertiProf® certifications are valid for life; however, some specific technical certifications may require a renewal or continuing education credits every 2-3 years to stay current.
